Beginner-Friendly Track - Pure Bal + Out and Ins
Let’s Get Started! - The comfort and rhythm you need to Balboa all night long. Balboa experience is not required, all levels welcome!

All Levels/Int Track - Dynamics + Variations
Balboa with a Bang! - Add dynamics and playful variations to your dancing. We’ll explore the fundamentals of Balboa and how to adjust them to the music and your partner. Pre-reqs: Some experience with pure bal, out and ins, lollies, and toss outs.

All Levels Elective - Swivels
Twistin’ the Night Away - Learn Balboa swivels, a fun, twisty bal-swing movement. We’ll dive into comfort, footwork, and variations. Some experience with Balboa Out and Ins and Lollies is required.

All Levels Elective - Send outs
Let’s Take a Moment - The Balboa send out is a great way to emphasize moments in your dance. We’ll break it down, practice, and explore some follow-initiated elements. Some experience with Balboa Out and Ins is recommended but not required.
